The product has not been used and is in its original unopened state.
The product comes with original tags, packaging and accessories.
Refund applications must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or copy of order confirmation email).
Refund Process
Please submit a refund application through our customer service email (joel@vailtonshop.com) and attach your order number and the reason for the refund.
We will review your application within 5 business days after receiving it and inform you of the review results.
If the application is approved, please send the product back to the return address we provide.
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Information
The shipping costs incurred by the return are borne by the customer, unless the product has quality problems or the wrong product was sent.
